Jon W. Morphew to Present Continuing Legal Education Seminar on the Issue of Trade Fixtures, Eminent Domain and Relocation Benefits Law
On June 30, 2016, attorney, Jon W. Morphew, will be a speaker at the continuing legal education seminar co-sponsored by the Hennepin County Bar Association and the Minnesota Eminent Domain Institute. Mr. Morphew will be speaking on the topic of "Real Estate Fixtures or Personal Property, What it is in Takings Cases and why it Matters."
This one-day continuing legal education course is packed with some of the most important current topics as well as some new ones.
