MINNEAPOLIS EMINENT DOMAIN ATTORNEY'S SUPREME COURT DECISION RECEIVES REVIEW IN BENCH & BAR MAGAZINE

As noted in a prior blog post, Jon. W. Morphew recently won a case before the Minnesota Supreme Court involving his client, Midway Pro Bowl, that was displaced by the City of St. Paul’s Allianz Field project. In re Midway Pro Bowl Relocation Benefits Claim, 937 N.W.2d 423 (Minn. 2020). That case involved very complex appellate jurisdictional issues and the proper ways to perfect appellate jurisdiction in relocation benefit claim cases.
